Welcome to the Retreat and Refresh Website dedicated to informing stroke survivors and their caregivers about a camping experience.
The camp started in 2004 with the mission of offering a camping experience to stroke survivors and their caregivers. The camp offers education, socialization, relaxation, support and lots of fun for all.
Whether your stroke experience is new or it's been years, we have something for everyone. Often stroke survivors receive lots of support and therapy immediately after the event. As time passes, often the therapy is less frequent and the adjustment to life post-stroke becomes a reality. Retreat and Refresh provides an environment for all participants to meet others in their same situation and spend some good quality time together.

- The retreat is completely packaged and mobile
